The house is very nice and for this reason we called it “Hygge”.
This word is used to express a good feeling and vibe, an adorable, charming, relaxing and familiar atmosphere.
Hygge Home is a place where you can really feel at ease.
It has 1 bedroom and hosts up to 3 people.
It is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a charming historic building with daytime doorman.
The 1-bedroom home has functional, clean, well thought out, furnished and equipped environments. It has a lovely living area (with a sofa bed for 1 guest) with a kitchen equipped (No dishwasher), a bathroom with shower and a small outdoor with table and chairs that overlooks the quiet internal courtyard.
Through a corridor (with a storage room) you arrive to the bedroom; the double bed (container) has a comfortable memory mattress. A wardrobe and a table with chair is placed in front of it, to the side a large wardrobe.
In front of the house there is a park with games for children and benches to sit on.
The location will allow you to move freely and easily throughout the city and to enjoy a very high standard stay in total comfort.
This Cozy one-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most strategic areas of the city center – Corso Buenos Aires, Piazza Lima, Central Station, Porta Venezia, Piazzale Loreto, University Hub are just few minutes walking.
It is well served by public transport even in a few steps you can reach places such as Corso Buenos Aires (famous for its Shopping), Universities areas CITTA’ STUDI (the house is just one kilometer away) , where the Politecnico and the Statale are located, some scientific faculties, and some clinics and research centers.
The neighborhood offers a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
Every Tuesday and Saturday there is an open-air local market on the street, with stands of local products, fish and meat.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
The closest underground stations are LIMA (red line M1) or CAIAZZO (green line M2). Many public transport such as buses and trams can be found adjacent to the house depending on which place you want to reach.
The apartment is also a 5-minute walk from Central Station.

MID-TERM RENTALS MILAN, ITALY
For temporary rentals longer than 3 months

For rentals longer than a month
> REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
300 euro or 500 euro – depending on the property
> Security deposits are typically refunded upon departure if the property has no damages
We invite our guests to carefully read all details about the apartment of their interest, clarifying any doubts before making the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee + one night will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.
MID-TERM RENTALS : We require a 30-day notice
We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
